When marketing goes bad…

Business should be easy right? You look at the customer needs, look at what you offer, see where you can differentiate yourself with your prospect pool and then you communicate.

But sometimes even the best will in the world is not enough to make it work – whether it is bad timing, the wrong perceptions of customer wants/needs or the competition have thrown you a curve ball.

It’s always difficult to objectively assess something when you are so close to its creation.  The lesson here is – get a fresh pair of eyes on it before you make anything ‘live’!
